Who are we?
Five Star Home Delivery is a 100% Bermudian owned and operated family business. The concept of creating a service based business and not so much a product based one came about after the owners previously owned a product based business. When the economy took a down turn they were forced to close that business. After several attempts by the owners to re-enter the workforce in Bermuda, with no success, they decided something had to be done. So in 2012, with backgrounds in various levels of the service industry, retail sales, marketing, business management, technology and web development they combined their skills to endeavor to create Five Star Home Delivery. After more than a year of them personally doing all marketing research, web development and with a sincere determination and “blood, sweat and tears” Five Star Home Delivery. is now offering services that most say are much needed and long overdue.
Our Mission
The main focus of Five Star Home Delivery is to:
Provide superior service to our customers through an online platform that is easy to use.
Create employment not only for the owner’s but for others who have been affected by a declining economy.
Help Bermudians take back some of the valuable time that they are losing on a daily basis. Whether it is getting groceries, washing laundry, picking up that take out for lunch/dinner or getting a prescription picked up we provide a service for them to help better utilize their time.
Reinvest in Bermuda by giving financially to the community.
